The inner layer film is formed by 60-80 parts of resin, 30-50 parts of esterified starch, 10-20 parts of low-density polyethylene, 5-15 parts of reinforcing agent, 1-5 parts of crosslinking agent and 0.5-1 parts of lubricant.
 
Wherein, the reinforcing agent is inorganic whisker material, the crosslinking agent is triallylisocyanurate and toluene diisocyanate, the mass ratio of triallylisocyanurate and toluene diisocyanate is 1:2-3, and the lubricant is paraffin.
 
The melt index of the medium density polyethylene is greater than 0.03g/min, and the density is 0.90-0.95g/cm3; the melt index of the low density polyethylene is greater than 0.3g/min, and the density is 0.90-0.95g/cm3.
 
The preparation method of esterified starch is as follows: firstly, the starch and water are mixed in the proportion of 1:100-120 to obtain the mixed solution, then the mixed solution is stirred at the speed of 2000-2500r / min for 15-20min to obtain the dispersing solution, and then the dispersing solution is added with the fermenting agent, which is put into the environment of 30-35 ℃ to ferment for 1-2h to obtain the fermenting solution, and the adding amount of the fermenting agent is the total amount of the dispersing solution 0.2-0.5% of the mass, and the said fermentation agent is hydrogen bacteria and Bacillus subtilis; finally, the esterified starch can be obtained by separating, washing and drying the fermentation liquid.
 
The production method of the degradable environmental protection packaging tape comprises the following steps:
 
① Preparation of the base material layer: first mix the inner layer film raw material, middle layer film raw material and outer layer film raw material in the mixing tank, then send the inner layer film raw material, middle layer film raw material and outer layer film raw material into the three-layer coextrusion blowing machine to extrude the blown film, and then roll the cooled film to obtain the base material layer. The extruding temperature of the outer layer film and inner layer film is 150-180 ℃, and the extruding temperature of the intermediate film is 150-180 ℃ The outlet temperature is 140-160 ℃, and the thickness ratio of the inner layer film, the middle layer film and the outer layer film is 1-2:2-3:1-2;
 
② Corona treatment: place the substrate layer made in step ① on the automatic unwinder for automatic unwinding, and then conduct corona treatment on the surface of the substrate layer through the corona treatment device;
 
③ Release: apply a layer of 1-2um thick release layer on the outer layer of the base material layer through the release mechanism, and then guide the base material layer coated with the release layer into the drying box through the guide roller. Cure the release layer through heating, and control the temperature in the drying box to 60-80 ℃. Finally, guide the base material layer after heating and solidifying into the cooling mechanism through the guide roller for cooling;
 
④ Coating: after leaving the mold, first use the guide roller to transfer the substrate layer to the coating mechanism, and then use the coating roller to evenly apply the adhesive on the substrate
